The Perfect Literary Meal

I have recently found out about this article the Huffington Post had written. I decided that this would be a really fun thing to write about although since I don’t read many books that have food in it I will just pick books that I think would make a good bookish meal 🙂 So without further ado here is my Perfect Literary Meal:

Bossypants

Drink

Bossypants is a hilarious book that will make a nice and refreshing drink. Bossypants is filled with humor.

Amy and Roger's Epic Detour

Bread

This book will made me smile awhile reading it. It makes a great snack to nibble on.

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass

Soup

Alice in Wonderland is a very quick and light read and it is very enjoyable. There are some strange looking bits in it but it is very good nevertheless.

Dairy Queen (Dairy Queen, #1)

Appetizer

Dairy Queen is a great appetizer. It is sweet, warm, and it keeps making you want more. Which is all you can ever really want from a book.

Stolen: A Letter to My Captor

First Main Course

Stolen is an emotional story that made my widen in awe. I can tell it was created with love, care, and hard work.

Pride and Prejudice

Second Main Course

Pride and Prejudice is another great main course. This book is filled to the brim with wit and humour. A very delightful read.

The Princess Bride

Dessert

The Princess Bride is a great book that will remove the rest of your bookish hunger.

These are the books I would choose to read for a Literary Meal. There are many books that I would love to add on here but there is only so much I can read in one sitting without getting full.
